- Bilateral immediate DIEP flaps
- Patient had bilateral prophylactic mastectomies for BRCA gene mutation/high risk family history and same day breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps from the abdomen.
- Incision placement is determined jointly by breast surgeon and plastic surgeon based on cancer location and patient factors.
