- Bilateral immediate DIEP flaps
- Patient had right breast cancer and underwent bilateral skin- sparing mastectomies with same day bilateral breast reconstruction with
- DIEP flaps from the abdomen. Result is after 3 stages including a nipple reconstruction.
- Incision placement is determined jointly by breast surgeon and plastic surgeon based on cancer location and patient factors
