Patient had severe hypomastia, or underdevelopment of the breasts. This patient desired a breast augmentation and selected saline implants (Natrelle, 390 cc, moderate profile) placed in a dual plane, through a hidden inframammary fold incision. She also had fat grafting to the cleavage lines.
